What to know about shipment delays

Record-breaking e-commerce orders, COVID-19 closures and weather events may cause delays with any service provider.  While we understand the frustration this may cause, Bullseye Brace will not be responsible for refunding any shipping costs you incurred for missed service delivery dates.

Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number:

All shipments include a United States Postal Service delivery confirmation tracking number. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers as soon as the order ships from our facility, and also, they can be found in your customer account if you log onto bullseyebrace.com (after the order is shipped).
